Board of Directors - Vacancies



The interim Board of Directors of ISC invites interested ACT community members to send in their resumes and expression of interest by 6pm on 16 March 2016.

Preferred qualifications/experience:

  1. Experience and expertise in providing education or school administration.

  2. Qualification and experience in a professional field relevant to managing a corporation of a comparable size and scale as ISC

  3. Must demonstrate a high level of communication, organisational, problem solving and strategic planning skills.

  4. Professional skills and qualification in areas such as management, finances, procurement, marketing, property, or legal.

  5. Ability to provide relevant police background checks, working with children checks, and other background checks as deemed necessary.

  6. A short course in Corporate Governance.
