Before and After School Care Program

AFTER SCHOOL CARE

​

YWCA Canberra is now running a school age care program for children in kindergarten to year 6 at the Islamic School of Canberra. Each afternoon children are provided afternoon tea, and have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and engaging experiences such as cooking, science experiments, craft, dance, physical activity and many more!

 

The program will endeavour to develop children’s independence, self-help skills and self-esteem. We will allow children to make choices and contribute to all activities offered at the program.

Hours of operation

After School Care: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Monday to Friday

Note: If there is enough interest a BEFORE SCHOOL CARE programme may also be considered.
